Powder spray coating facility

The external threads of screws used to secure screwed connections are coated in a powder coating plant. Previously, standard toothed belts and pulleys with flanges were used. However, the screws could not be positioned accurately enough when they were supplied to the plant. "As a result, we experienced a relatively high rate of errors in the coating process."
